INJECTION MOLDING

MEDICAL MOLDING
Clean room molding. Press ranges from 28 tons to 250 tons. Rotary and shuttle insert molding. Assembly, sonic welding, pad printing, and packaging. ISO Certified 13485:2016
VACUUM AND THERMOFORMING
Heavy gauge, cut sheet, rotary forming. Sizes up to 8.5 feet. Material thicknesses from .040″ to .500″+. In house CNC tooling and secondary trim. ISO Certified 9001:2015
